FAQs

What’s the difference between Full, Limited, and Abbreviated PCAs?

Full follows ASTM E2018 and covers immediate, short-term, and long-term items with 10–12 year projections. Limited focuses on immediate and short-term (1–2 years). Abbreviated targets only immediate safety and damage-prevention issues.

Which PCA level should I choose?

Choose Full for long holds, older systems, or tightly managed reserves; Limited for moderate timelines and adequate reserves; Abbreviated for experienced owners or near-term renovations.

Do you follow ASTM standards?

Yes. Our Full PCA strictly follows ASTM E2018.

How quickly can I get a PCA and what do I receive?

Most assessments complete within 7 days of access. You’ll receive a clear Property Condition Report with findings, photos, and cost outlook aligned to the scope you select.

Do you offer specialty add-ons if issues are found?

Yes. We coordinate specialty inspections (e.g., roofing, HVAC, structural, ADA, mold/asbestos) as needed after the PCA.
